Service was friendly and amazing, explained the ins and outs of what was required in addition to the standard service, hooked me up with some beer and stickers for my fourby.
There was an issue with a rear bar that was to be installed, but instead of fobbing me off until after Christmas, they offered to reorder the part, squeeze me in, and do some over time to make sure it was done before Christmas.
